I love your personality!
We are still seeing more of who you are every single day. You love to laugh and you love to make other people laugh! You make the silliest faces and you love to play with the different sounds you can make with your voice. You are always paying attention and you love to surprise us with how much you know. You are kind and you are very in tune to how Mommy and Daddy are feeling. If one of us is feeling sad, you are quick with a hug, and a "it's okay. you are okay." You are eager to teach us about who you are and eager to continue to embrace aspects of your life in India. You enjoy listening to nursery rhymes in Tamil and you love Bollywood music. You are a fabulous dancer and the joy that dancing around the room brings you could light up anyone's world. As your English is expanding, you are showing us so much more of what is going on inside your brilliant mind.
Today was a different, short day for Mommy at work so you were able to come with her. You love going to Mommy's office! You played with several of Mommy's work friends and sang Frozen songs. You found mommy's work badge and wore it for most of the morning. You pretended to be mommy and work in the office (sitting in your chair contemplating the complexities of paper and scotch tape). When Mommy asked if you were ready for lunch, you got very serious about your dancing.
"Mommy, I'm working!"

After work, we went shopping to find some surprises for your birthday. All of your hard work made you sleepy and you took a little nap on the way to the store (and in the shopping cart!). You are the queen of the power nap. I'm convinced that you could sleep anywhere!
On the way back home from the store, you taught your babies how to count to 20 and told them that it was almost time for a nap. When we came home you were very ready to convert your power nap into a lengthy nap. And Mommy was able to get your birthday presents wrapped and ready to go to Golly's house. Dash made sure that his Cora Lakshmi was safe.
Your nap was so awesome that you woke up with some amazing bed hair going on.
Ms. Kat came to visit and brought you dinner ("Yum! Chicken riiiice!) You had a wonderful time opening your birthday present, playing on your slide and swinging with Ms. Kat.
After Ms. Kat said, "tata see you" you settled into your night time routine. When you were rocking your babies, you made sure to let them know that Birthday was coming soon and lots of people were coming to visit. You are so excited to see all of your grandparents.
Rest well, my darling, tomorrow is a busy day!
You are one day closer to being a 4 year old.
