I never thought I would ever describe a government document as beautiful, but I read a gorgeous one today! That incredible piece of paper says that the adoption authority in Ind*a has no objections to Cora being placed with her prospective adoptive parents (that means us)!!
We are so very much closer to our daughter! Our case should be filed with the court system very soon. There will be several hearings so this step will take some time. Once we have passed through court we will get written orders from the judge that our adoption is complete. Then the RIPA will apply for Cora's passport. When they have the passport, we go get her!
Court....passport....Cora comes home!!!
Cora will turn 4 in our arms!
Praise the Lord!!! I can't wait to spoil her rotten!!!!
