Happy Dancing!!

It's been a great day for Cora news!! We heard from our agency today that Cora's referral paperwork is in the mail!!! It will arrive at our agency in about a week and it will most likely be in our hands by next Friday! It's so hard to believe that we will finally be holding this elusive stack of paper! 

We still have many many steps to take before we can bring our girl home, but this momentum is amazing. We were stuck in one place for so long, I almost expect to wake up and discover that this was all a dream and we are still sitting in limbo! Once we receive the referral and have it reviewed by a doctor, we will sign every page and send it back to our agency. We'll have a lot more paperwork to wade through, too. So we'll have more waiting after this step, but we'll be busy!! 

Another thing that has been weighing on us during this waiting period is our next agency fee of $5,000. We knew that we needed the money by the end of this month and we have been saving for it. We also knew that we had received some donations to our agency in the fall and were waiting to see how they had been applied to our account. We heard tonight that these donations combined with what we have in savings will more than cover our next fee!!! What God orders, He pays for!! 

So...it's been a pretty fabulous day! We also have put Cora's furniture back in her room after our weekend painting party! I think it's starting to look pretty cute! What do y'all think? :0)
